Ingredients:

Blocks Frozen or Fresh Tofu (different textures
will be achieved)
1 1/2 Litres Barbecue Sauce
3 Bell Peppers, Chopped (Optional)
1 Large Onion, Sliced
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Garnish Chopped Tomatoes & Chopped Parsley
Directions:
Cut
tofu into large bite-sized pieces.
Brown in oil.
Sauté or steam onion and bell peppers just until
soft.
Add tofu and bake at 350° F for one hour.
Serve over rice, garnish with chopped tomatoes
and parsley.
